I had the pleasure of recording this live episode in Lisbon, Portugal. It’s an easy city to fall in love with at first sight…

This one is for the real entrepreneurs out there.

How do we solve the problem of declining health in our communities?

By building the health businesses of the future.

Health care is something you do. Sick care is something you get when you didn’t do health care, or, when any number of illnesses make a mark on your life despite your best efforts to avoid them.

Anyone of us can get sick at any time. The fact that we have a sick care system is of critical importance. Our opportunity to make that system work more efficiently, and more accessibly, for more people is one of the best investments we can make in the future of our society.

But health care ins’t sick care.

Health care is the proactive investment that we make in our own physiology on a daily basis. This podcast episode is about building the future of health care businesses and making them accessible to the next generation.

In this episode I share a vision for an empowering, accessible, data-based health and performance coaching model that puts the knowledge necessary for proactive maintenance of our health in the hands of families and communities across the globe.
